During the summer of 2025, I worked as a Creative Resources Assistant Intern at Where the Buffalo Roam, a media production company based in Oakland. I collaborated with artists, agencies, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly; from early concept stages to final delivery. My role focused on organizing and managing WTBR’s creative databases, tracking talent information, project assets, and usage details to help the team work efficiently across multiple campaigns and productions. The experience gave me an inside look at how production companies manage the creative pipeline behind branded content, and taught me how structured systems can support big, fast-paced creative ideas.
